Privacy Policy

BUILT TO ACHIEVE, INC. operates this corporate website. Contact forms collect the names, email address, reason for contact and message you choose to provide. The Technologies update form collects your email address and your choice to receive updates. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials or payment-card details in a message.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, coordinate requested services, maintain business records and send updates you request. An inquiry may be routed to B2A APPAREL, INC. or B2A CONSULTING GROUP, INC. when relevant to your request.

Wix hosts this website and its forms. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers process information to supply their services. Website hosting may also involve technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, security logs and essential cookies. Any additional cookie choices depend on the controls displayed on your visit. You can also manage cookies through your browser; restricting cookies may affect site functions.

To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to stop receiving updates, email info@builttoachieveofficial.com. We may need to verify your identity. Records may be retained as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements.

Website and Service Terms

The site describes the B2A group and its planned or available services. B2A CONSULTING GROUP, INC. is the consulting service provider; BUILT TO ACHIEVE, INC. is its parent. Submitting an inquiry is free and does not reserve an appointment, authorize a charge or create a paid engagement.

Stripe has not been set up yet. Payments and paid booking are not available. Once payments open, the $99 Business Roadmap Consultation must be paid in full through Stripe before appointment confirmation, with fit review, the applicable agreement and required intake completed. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Other service terms are confirmed in the written engagement before payment.

Consulting provides practical business guidance and decision support. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance or other regulated professional advice, and business results are not guaranteed. Clients retain responsibility for their business decisions and third-party purchases.

Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling

For the $99 Business Roadmap Consultation, cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are nonrefundable. One free reschedule is available with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. If B2A Consulting Group cancels, choose a full refund or a new appointment. No refund is due once the session starts; the written roadmap and seven-day clarification remain included. For requests, email info@builttoachieveofficial.com.

The $249 Business Growth Membership is billed monthly and is month-to-month. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next monthly charge; access continues through the paid period. There is no automatic prorated refund for mid-month cancellation. Other refund requests are reviewed individually. Duplicate charges and services B2A cannot provide are refunded. These policies do not limit nonwaivable legal rights.
